Most employers approve it from an existing training or L&D budget. Include in your request: the course name and price, the time commitment (for example C-OKRP® is 5 weeks and 7.5 hours of live sessions), what you will be able to do afterwards, and what specifically will improve in your team's goal setting. Email [email protected] and we will send a proforma invoice plus a one-page course summary for your approver.
