C-OKRO® (Certified Chief OKR Officer) is for the internal OKR program owner.
This is the person inside an organization who is responsible for building, running, and scaling the entire OKR system. The course teaches you how to design the governance model, set cadence, drive adoption at scale, manage quality standards, and create continuous improvement loops. The focus is on implementation excellence, not OKR theory. You graduate as the person who "owns the OKR operating system" inside your company. The audience is CEOs, Heads of Department, Program Managers, Managers, Team Leads, and OKR Leads.
C-OKRPro® (Certified OKR Professional) is for the OKR coach.
This is OKRI's signature "Coach the Coach" program. It equips you to coach others, whether internally as an embedded OKR coach or externally as a consultant or independent coach. It covers advanced OKR concepts, facilitation across all levels of the OKR lifecycle, and building OKR culture across teams and organizations. The audience is professionals who want to become certified OKR coaches.
