Can I become an OKR coach without certification?

There is no licensing body that restricts the title. Clients and employers use certification as a filter, so an unverifiable claim of OKR expertise is harder to sell. The path at OKRI runs C-OKRP® then C-OKRL® then C-OKRPro® for external coaching work.
